Togetherness Tuesdays

Hello Meditators,

Pema Chodron says there is a sense of freedom that happens when we accept we are not in control. Pointing ourselves towards what we would most like to avoid makes our barriers and shields permeable. She warns us that this can lead us to a kind of “don’t-know-what-to do” kind of state, a sense of being “caught in between.”

Then PC reminds us that this is where the warrior spends the bulk of time growing up. Moving towards that which makes us uncomfortable, frightened, insecure. Facing not knowing, again and again, learning to let go so we might discover what is true and abiding. Prajnaparamita~

To hold the paradox, learning to stay on the middle path helps us meet the great hallway of unknowing with less and less fear. PC also thankfully reminds us all “there is no way to do this right.”

Phew.

Come do it , however you do it, with us!

The Secret of Zen is just three words: Not always so.
