A five-week, in-person, gathering for women ready to reconnect with what is most true. Together in a small, committed circle we move, reflect, inquire, and witness.

• Guided somatic movement practices that help you listen to your body’s wisdom

• Reflective inquiry and writing exercises to clarify what is most true for you

• Supportive witnessing and mirroring in a safe and sacred circle of women

• Ritual and imaginal practices to reconnect with what has been hidden or forgotten

This is sacred and transformative work held in the field of women together. Here, healing takes root, freedom of being unfolds, and experience the healing power that awakens when women meet and mirror each other in true presence.
